I was very glad last week to receive in the mail the paperback version of the book I co-edited with D. Vancea some years back. The book remains relevant today, and I am glad to see that Rowman & Littlefield decided to offer it as a less costly paperback. many thanks again to the contributors for the outstanding job they did!
